Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that these are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control such as weather events or customs processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Because we ship directly from a warehouse, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- The item not fitting as expected
- Dislike of color, style, or appearance upon receipt
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Contact us at suport@zyraeshop.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number in the message
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including photos of the packaging if applicable
Claims submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for a replacement. We reserve the right to request additional information or photos before approving a claim.
Replacements are the sole remedy offered for damaged or defective items. We do not offer refunds or store credit in lieu of a replacement.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Reach out to us at support@zyraeshop.com and we will assist in investigating
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to work with you to resolve the situation.
Important Notes
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and processed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or duties for international orders
- By completing a purchase on our store, you agree to the terms of this policy
