Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry? We carry sizes 32A through 42DD. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend checking our size chart on the product page before ordering.
Do your bras run true to size? Our bras tend to run small, so we recommend sizing up from your usual size. When in doubt, go up — it's much easier to adjust a slightly larger bra than to deal with one that's too tight.
How do I find my correct size? The most accurate way is to measure yourself:
- Band size — measure around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Round to the nearest even number.
- Cup size — measure around the fullest part of your bust, then subtract your band measurement. Each inch represents one cup size (1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, and so on).

What if my size doesn't fit? We strongly encourage all customers to review the size chart and sizing tips before ordering, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out to us and we'll help you find the right size.

Are your bras underwire? No — all of our bras are completely wire-free. They are designed to provide full support and structure without the discomfort of an underwire, making them ideal for all-day wear.
How does the posture support work? Our bras feature reinforced back panels and specially designed shoulder straps that gently pull your shoulders back into alignment as you wear them. Over time this encourages a more natural, upright posture without feeling restrictive or uncomfortable. It works passively — meaning you don't have to think about it, the bra does the work for you.
Will the bra feel tight or restrictive? It should feel supportive but never painful. A small amount of firmness around the back and shoulders is normal and is what creates the posture-correcting effect. If it feels uncomfortably tight, this is usually a sign you need to size up.
What is the smoothing effect? Our bras are designed with a seamless, form-fitting construction that smooths and shapes your silhouette under clothing. They eliminate bra lines and create a clean, polished look whether you're wearing a fitted top or a dress.

Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Why is my tracking not updating? It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking has not moved after several days, feel free to contact us and we will look into it.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed and are in processing. Please double-check your size, address, and order details before completing checkout.
What is your return policy? All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit issues, which is why we strongly encourage reviewing our size chart and sizing up before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will send a replacement.
